Return Policy
We have a 15 day cash/credit back policy. You may return items sold and fulfilled by Fairy Godmothers Unlimited within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Proof of purchase must be included with the return in order to receive the full refund. Returns must be post marked within 15 days of your receipt of the item(s). The following items are exceptions to our return policy and are non-refundable: items purchased on sale, furniture, personal hygiene items, and personalized items. All sales become final 15 days after you receive the item(s).
All item(s) will be shipped and insured to value. Please note that on limited editions and one of a kind pieces that we cannot exchange or replace, but can offer a full cash/credit refund.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). At Fairy Godmothers Unlimited your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and used. The following policies are only in effect for the Web pages and newsletters owned and operated by Fairy Godmothers Unlimited. Fairy Godmothers Unlimited Web servers automatically recognize that visitor's domain name and IP address when they visit our site. The domain name and IP address do not disclose any personal information about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site. We do not collect and evaluate this information for specific individuals. Our Web servers do not automatically record e-mail addresses of the visitors. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. With Respect to Ad Servers:
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.
